At Jessica Nail & Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your invoice or the RMA confirmation to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package to our returns department using a trackable shipping method; please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
